Come fiesta with us at this FREE family friendly event that welcomes all to celebrate Tusayan's local cultures. Enjoy mexican food, live mariachi music, mexican folkloric dancers, pinatas, face painting, a balloon artist, indoor pool and dive-in movie, games and prizes!

Join the Town of Tusayan on July 4, 2026, for an unforgettable celebration honoring 250 Years of American Freedom and 100 Years of Historic Route 66. Located just one mile from the Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance, this FREE, family-friendly event features a festive parade, live music, Navajo Hoop dancers, food and drinks, kids' activities, games, a cornhole tournament, and more.

October 24th: The half-marathon and 5K fun run starts in Tusayan and takes runners through the beautiful Kaibab National Forest, one mile from Grand Canyon National Park South Rim. Craft Fair where local Artisan’s showcase their talent. Bring the whole family and extend your stay and enjoy the National Park and Monument areas for epic outdoor fun.

December (Date TBA*): Join us at the Tusayan Sports Complex (located off Long Jim Loop Road) as we light the entire park for the Holiday Season Festivities, beginning at 5:00 pm.
The holiday lights will continue to shine bright every evening in December after 5:00 pm.
